The Cape Verdean island of Boa Vista offers you the best conditions for a relaxing holiday, far away from mass tourism.

There are 5 all-inclusive hotels on Boa Vista so far (Iberostar, Royal Horizon , RIU Palace, RIU Karamboa and RIU Touareg) and there are 2 more under construction (TUI Magic Life Boa Vista and Melia White Sands).

In Sal Rei you also have the possibility to stay in smaller hotels or B & B's.

But there are also many beautiful holiday apartments to rent.

We offer charming, lovingly furnished holiday apartments directly behind the beach. On site, we are happy to answer your questions and help you find your way around the city.
 

For a stay of up to 30 days no visa is required, only an airport tax must be paid. You can do this online at https://www.ease.gov.cv/ or you can pay the fee of 31 Euro directly at the passport control.

In any case, you need a passport for entry into Cape Verde, which must be valid for at least 6 months on the date of entry.

The Beach House was completed in 2018. It is located in the capital Sal Rei, directly behind the beach Praia do Estoril. The apartments are spacious and bright, fully and newly furnished and equipped with air conditioning. At night there is a security service in the house.

At the beach of Estoril it is possible to swim in the sea all year round, as it is protected by the offshore island of Djeu. Bathing shoes are recommended for the beach, as there are stones in the water in some places.

You can reach the beach in just 2 minutes and use the sunbeds and parasols at one of the numerous beach clubs (some charge a fee for use, but this is offset against the consumption in the restaurant).

You live on the outskirts of Sal Rei - thus in a quiet location - but you can still quickly reach small shops for daily needs and various restaurants on foot. A taxi within the city costs 2 - 3 euros.

There are 2 restaurants in the immediate vicinity where breakfast is offered: the beach restaurant "Toca da Garoupa" and the small café "Doce Vida".

During a holiday at the Beach House, you can dive right into the Cape Verdean hustle and bustle on Boa Vista. Watch the kitesurfers and surfers on their actions on the sea, enjoy the local cuisine in many different restaurants. Almost every evening there is live Cape Verdean music somewhere in town.

For the water sports enthusiasts among you: on this beach there are 2 kite / surf schools: Planet all Sports - open from November to April and Kite Kriol - open all year round, and a diving base at the beach restaurant "Toca da Garoupa" - open all year round.

The apartment are fully furnished, they have their own terrace, a spacious living room-kitchen area, fully equipped kitchen, TV, free internet and air conditioning.

Electricity and water costs are already included in the mentioned prices. only the tourism tax has to be paid additionally: 2,50 Euro per person and night, but max. 25 Euro per person.

Towels and bed linen are provided.
During your stay we can arrange individually if cleaning is necessary or if bed linen / towels need to be changed.

We can organise the transfer from / to the airport on request. The taxi fare is 10 euros each way.

The payment of the apartment and the tourism tax has to be made in cash on arrival, it is also possible to pay in advance by bank transfer or PayPal.

In case of cancellation of the apartment within the last 14 days before arrival, a fee equal to the rent for one night has to be paid.
