Helmet is mandatory on Boa Vista, the helmet will be provided by Quadzone.

The minimum age for drivers is 18 years, underage passengers must be at least 7 years old and need a declaration of consent from their parents.
Please have your driving licence number ready, it is not absolutely necessary to show your driving licence.

You will be picked up from your holiday accommodation, then it goes to Rabil. First you will receive a detailed briefing, safety instructions and a test drive on the in-house course. You are obliged to sign a declaration of liability in which, for example, it is pointed out that the instructions of the guides must be followed without fail and that, for example, no risky overtaking manoeuvres are allowed.
After the tour you will of course be taken back to your hotel.
You pay for the tour directly on site before you start your journey.

Wear comfortable, insensitive clothing that can easily get dirty and preferably sneakers or similar. To protect yourself from dust, it is best to tie a cloth in front of your face. You can also buy this directly from Quadzone for 5 Euros. Do not underestimate the impassable terrain, follow the instructions of your guide and drive carefully, especially in the dunes. Take drinking water, sun cream and swimwear (for the south tour) with you, preferably in a small backpack.

After your instruction you will first go through Rabil and stop at the pottery. Here you will find beautiful handmade souvenirs. Then the first adventure is waiting for you: it goes into the desert "Deserto Viana". feel the powdery sand under your feet and enjoy this great nature. Then we continue north to the smallest village of Boa Vista "Bofareira". Here you have the possibility to buy cold drinks. We continue through our "Grand Canyon" on stony tracks to the shipwreck "Cabo Santa Maria" - still a very popular photo motiv on Boa Vista. Afterwards you will drive to the capital Sal Rei and after a short stop we will drive back to Rabil on the old cobbled road "Via Pitoresca".

After your briefing, you will drive through Rabil along old cobbled roads to Povoacao Velha, the oldest village of Boa Vista. After a short stop, where you will have the opportunity to buy cold drinks, you will go off-road to the endless beach "Santa Monica". A wonderful panorama and crystal clear water awaits you. If the sea allows it, enjoy a refreshing swim. Further on we go to "Praia Varandinha" - this beach with its mysterious caves offers great photo motives. Along the west coast we now head towards Morro d'Areia for a breathtaking drive through the dunes that follow. Enjoy the wonderful view of the Bay of Chaves. Afterwards you will return to Rabil.

The quad tours are daily (except on 1.1. / 1.5. / 25.12.) in the morning and in the afternoon.
